New Blog Format: No More Wordpress

I’ve been wanting to get rid of WordPress for years, and now I finally did it. A lot of things about WordPress have been pretty annoying, and actually getting worse. So, I put together a collection of scripts that use pandoc to basically act as a static site generator. I’ve been using it with another blog for awhile and it seems to work fine there.
I know the presentation doesn’t look impressive, but it’s fast and effective, and those are the most important things for me. I’m past the point in my career where I need to seem particularly impressive, so I can choose function over form.
I’ve converted the past blog posts that are relevant over to this new format, possibly not perfectly. I’ve also skipped blog posts for things that aren’t really relevant, like projects that fizzled out, and posts that I just didn’t care about.
